Austchilli grows chillies on its own green fields - twelve months of the year - using computer technology
and a strict environmentally friendly program. Austchilli processes chillies using procedures within a HACCP based food safety and quality assurance plan.
Austchilli packs have a twelve month shelf life at room temperature. No preservatives or colourings are added to the product.
Austchilli markets and sells chillies around the world - packed in resealable 1kg bag, bag in box or drums in 22kg and 215kg. Bulk packs suit sauce manufacturers, food service manufacturers.
One kilogram packs suit chefs, caterers, restaurants, hotels.
Products include aseptic hot chilli puree and aseptic bell pepper puree. Contract aseptic packing is also available. Customers' requirements for other aseptically packed products can also be investigated.
